Processing Time
All orders are handmade and made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks before your order ships. Need it by a specific date? Reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to make it happen! 🤍

Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup
We offer local pickup or meetups at Morgan State University! DM us at @thejunkyvault to arrange a time once your order is ready.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, The Junky Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number, but we're always here if you need us!
