All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and fully custom nature of every item, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted. Each piece is made to order just for you, so please make sure all customization details are correct before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Items
I take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo (and video clip if possible) of the damage along with your order details, and I'll make it right!

Important Reminders

• Double-check your personalization details (phone or iPad size, phrase or name spelling, color request, etc.) before submitting your order—changes may not be possible once production has begun.
  
• Please note that colors and charms may vary from inspo photos. Each piece is unique, and charm selection depends on current inventory availability
