What's the difference between Regular and Lux Glam cases?

Our Lux Glam cases feature larger rhinestone charms and designer brand charms with more intricate details and extra sparkle compared to our standard junk cases.

How long does it take to make a custom case?

Custom cases are typically completed within 3-5 business days when the necessary items are in stock.

If items need to be ordered, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for new stock to arrive. We'll keep you updated throughout the process!

What phone models do you support?

Most of our cases are made to order specifically for you. Please double-check your exact phone model in your settings before placing your order and ensure it’s entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for incorrect models submitted by the customer.

Can I request specific case colors and themes?

Absolutely! That's what makes our cases special. Reach out to us with your color preferences or ideas, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.

Please note that specific charms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before restocks. If something you want is unavailable, we’ll always offer a similar option that still matches your aesthetic.
